Eligibility For Exchange

• Bundle(s) must be unused and in its original packaging
• Bundle(s) security seal/tie must remain intact and uncut
• You have 14 days to exchange for the same, longer, or shorter lengths
• Any signs of wear, tampering, washing, or any alteration will void eligibility

Please keep in mind if the exchanged bundle isn't on hand, I'd have to place another order for the new desired bundle(s) and that will take another 3-7 business days to arrive!

 

Eligibility For Return

Alll sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the rare case of a product defect.

• I DO NOT offer returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or desired style
• All bundle issues must be reported 48 hours after purchase
• Bundle(s) must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and unaltered

All return request will be issued a replacemnet bundle or a store credit (No cash refunds). Please keep in mind, all returns are considered request.
